ATTENTION CHAPLIN DOG OWNERS: JUNE IS LICENSING MONTH!
Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §22-338, all dogs six months or older must be licensed.
Fees are as follows: $8.00 for a neutered or spayed dog, and $19.00 for an unaltered dog. Cash or check.
Valid rabies certificate required. New dog registrations require proof from your vet if your dog has been spayed/neutered.
All current dog licenses expire on June 30, 2026. There is a $1.00 per month late fee after July 1st.

The Halloween spirit is coming to Chaplin. Join the wonderful people of Chaplin St who are so generous in making Halloween a great place to be on Halloween night.
Trunk-a-treat is part of a Halloween party where area youths trick or treat around a block off area, (Chaplin St. from Palmer Rd to Tower Hill Rd) that is filled with cars where volunteers, LIKE YOU, set up a shop handing out treats to our costumed kiddies! You wear costumes; decorate your cars or whatever you would like to get into the Halloween spirit.
