Chaplin's Highway & Public Works Department is dedicated to maintaining Chaplin's Town Infrastructure by resurfacing streets, safeguarding park facilities and maintaining/restoring public architecture.  In addition, this Department is committed to ensuring public safety by handling weather related emergencies including snow, ice, floods and other disasters.  The Department is located at 456 Phoenixville Road, Chaplin, CT 06235.
