Edward Garrison Park is open to the general public from sunrise until sunset daily. The following are not permitted in the recreational area:

• The defacement, removal, destruction or other injury of any structure, building, tree or lawn area
• The leaving of any litter or other refuse on the grounds or in/near any of the buildings in the recreational area
• Fires are not permitted
• The unsafe operation of any motor vehicle within the recreational area, fighting or other violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior or the use of abusive or obscene language
• Offensive or disorderly conduct which annoys or interferes with any other person, including the making of unreasonable noise
• The possession or drinking of alcoholic beverages by anyone under twenty-one (21) years of age
• The sale of alcoholic beverages without the written permission of the Chaplin Recreation Committee
• All dogs must be on leash and the owner is responsible for picking up after them
