THE CHAPLIN PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY, 12/31/2025 AND THURSDAY, 1/1/2026.
THE CHAPLIN TOWN HALL, SENIOR CENTER AND DPW WILL CLOSE AT 12 PM ON WEDNESDAY, 12/31/2025 AND WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY, 1/1/2026.
THE CHAPLIN TRANSFER STATION WILL BE CLOSED ON SATURDAY, 1/3/2026.
The Building Official inspects buildings and structures to ensure that they are constructed in a safe and sanitary manner; performs plan reviews and on site inspections of new residential and commercial construction; investigates complaints and enforces all applicable codes and ordinances relating to construction; and, performs energy analysis of structures.
