The Chaplin Registrars of Voters will host a public lottery on September 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Chaplin Town Hall at 495 Phoenixville Road, Chaplin, Ct., to determine the order of candidates on the ballot for the November 5, 2019 Municipal Election. The public is invited to attend.
