SAVE THE DATE FOR THE CHAPLIN BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION!

On September 10, 2022, the Chaplin Bicentennial Committee and the Chaplin Recreation Commission will

present an all-day celebration of Chaplin's 200th birthday!  It will start with a parade at 10:30 am which will be

followed by an afternoon of activities at Garrison Park.  There will be a student talent show and kid's games, a

yoga class, food trucks and concession stand, a wood chopping demo, a scavenger hunt for kids, booths with 

info and crafts, the Chaplin Ukulele Band, the Babcock Cornet Band, greetings and recognitions, a town drone

photograph, the Three 57 Band, and Branded - Country That Rocks.  FIREWORKS will top the night off!  A schedule

of times and details for the events will be made available soon.  So, put it on your calendar so you don't miss

the biggest event in Chaplin since 1822!
