Ages 5-11 vaccine clinics will be held at Chaplin Elementary School starting at 4:00 (end time to be determined) on the following six dates, three weeks apart to allow for first and second doses after the initial clinic on December 2.  The dates are December 2, December 22, January 12, February 2, February 23, and March 16.  Hampton and Scotland Elementary School children have also been invited to these clinics.  However, the clinics are open to any child ages 5-11.  No appointment is needed but parental consent is required.
